Whole-body healing rooted in the land, the mind, and the seasons.
I'm Jillian Abraham — farmer, herbalist, holistic nutritionist, and clinical mental health counselor in training. I help people heal from chronic symptoms, hormonal imbalance, gut issues, and the patterns that keep them stuck — using real food, herbal medicine, detox protocols, and the kind of coaching that goes all the way to the root.

If you've been told everything looks "normal" — but you feel anything but normal — you're in the right place.
You've done the blood work. You've tried the diets. You've seen the specialists. And you still feel exhausted, inflamed, hormonally off, and disconnected from your own body.
Here's what I know after years of doing this work: most chronic symptoms aren't mysterious. They're signals. And when you learn to read them — and address the root cause rather than manage the symptoms — the body responds.
This is the work I do. And it goes deeper than nutrition.
We work with your gut, your lymphatic system, your hormones, your nervous system, your relationship with food, and the patterns underneath all of it — because healing is never just physical.
You are in the right place if:
You're dealing with chronic symptoms your doctor can't fully explain
You've struggled with your weight, energy, hormones, or gut for years
You've tried programs before and they haven't lasted
You're ready to address the whole picture — body, mind, and the life you're living
You want guidance from someone who has walked this path personally
I didn't start here. I started where you might be right now.
For years I dealt with chronic headaches, hormonal migraines, constant bloating, and diagnoses of PCOS and endometriosis. I went to specialists. I took the medications. I had the surgeries recommended. And the pain remained.
What I didn't realize was that I had learned to cover it up — with work, with alcohol, with anything that numbed the signals my body was desperately sending.
It was when I found regenerative health that everything changed. Not overnight. Not with one supplement or one protocol. But with a deep, gradual shift in how I understood my body and what it needed.
That understanding came from the land. I've been farming in Vermont for over 20 years — growing vegetables, raising animals, cultivating herbs, living close to the seasons. The principles of regenerative agriculture — restoring the terrain, working with natural systems rather than against them — are the same principles I bring to human health.
Your body is not broken. It's responding to its environment.
Our job together is to change the environment.
