I had no hesitations in signing up. I felt very much called and ready to receive this program in whatever capacity. My vision was sheltered in the beginning, and I did not understand the scope of knowledge I would be exposed to. After delving into the course, I uncovered a whole new mentality of what it means to live healthy.

I have been able to slow down and be empowered through mindfulness, meditation, and taking care of my mental health. I have adopted a more mindful and intentional way of starting my day. I balance my mind and body with lemon water and mediation first thing every morning. I use a coffee substitute in the mornings along with home made juice that I make batches of weekly. If I do allow myself to have caffeine, that comes later in the day, but I am not dependent on it anymore and my energy levels are more sustainable.

I have found health benefits through juicing, herbal teas, herbal cleanses, and intentional daily mineral intake. I can feel the systems of my body functioning at an optimal level when I incorporate these things I’ve learned into my daily routine. Before, I never made my own fresh juice. I never drank lemon water in the mornings. I never drank green mineral drinks. I never thought of not having coffee first thing upon waking. I never made a habit of meditating.

The most important shift in my health and wellness is the ability to listen to my body better. I have a better sense of what I crave or need in moments throughout my days, and I now have the tools to know how to honor those needs and cravings.
