Chocolate Avocado Bites

Nutritional Tip:

I’ll make a batch of these and keep them in the freezer for when I’m looking for a little pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe avocados

  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate- organic, fair trade (the darker the better!)

  • 2 Tbsp. cacao powder

  • Optional toppings: gogi berries, shredded coconut or chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender, mix on high until smooth, scraping down as needed.

  2. Line a pretty freezer safe dish or Tupperware container with parchment

  3. Pour blended ingredients into container and freeze to set for at least an hour.

  4. Optional: Add Gogi Berries for color, Shredded Coconut or Chocolate Chips to the top before placing in the freezer!

  5. Take out, slice and store in fridge!
