In mid winter lets embrace serenity as we gather in a sacred circle, creating a space for grounding, joy, peace, abundance, and play. This tranquil and intentional gathering marks the starting point of a day dedicated to self-reflection and positive energy. What to Expect: Grounding: Connect with the present moment and the energy of the new year, grounding yourself in the potential for growth and renewal. Joy and Play: Embrace the spirit of joy and playfulness as we come together in community, fostering a sense of shared celebration. We will pull cards, create our Sankalpa Peace and Abundance: Cultivate inner peace and an abundance mindset, setting the tone for a year filled with positivity and fulfillment. This sacred circle is a unique opportunity to set the stage for the day ahead, aligning with the intentions that will guide you through the coming months. Sacred Sunday Yoga

Sun, Jan 21, 2024 9:30am - 10:45am

Anjali Budreski and Jen Degen

Join certified yoga teacher and soul coach Anjali Budreski each Sunday for a sacred start to your day and week ahead. This is a gentle class (beginners are most welcome) where we explore breath, movement, stillness and deep listening to what wants to emerge. Each class begins with a beautiful & inspiring theme and then moves through some gentle warm ups and accessible yoga poses, followed by a combination of yin + restorative shapes and ends in a lovely deep relaxation. In this well-rounded practice we might find ourselves exploring the deeper meaning of the seasons, chakras, contemplative psychology, mythology, magic and the simple wonder of the present moment. Take time to nourish your soul and spirit on Sundays and leave class feeling refreshed, calm, clear and ready for the new week ahead. The full spectrum of human emotion and sensation are very welcome in this class. Come as you are and I’ll see you on the mat!
